The complex is really good for it's price. Aside from the walls being a bit thin, the amenities are very nice: Decent internet, lots of parking, washer's and driers only a short walk away. It's all pretty good.

There is always parking available, and the main facility areas are always clean and up to date. The room/floor layouts are really convenient and private.

Generally unimpressed with this complex. Quality of apartments is very poor and there has been problems with breaking/cracked appliances, peeling paint, water leaks, bug issues, etc. People are friendly, and maintenance comes quick, but we keep having the same problems….

- Run down

Overall, the Crestwood is a good price for what they provide, and I have enjoyed living here. I live in the condos, which include in-unit washer and dryer, a kitchen with granite counter-tops and tile floors, and a carpeted living room with a stone fireplace. The bedrooms are smaller than the apartments, but I find it a decent working size, as long as you aren't moving in your own furniture. I have also lived in the apartments, and I feel the condos are a higher quality and a better bang for your buck. There are a good number of amenities: the pool which is open during the summer, the hot tub which is open year-round, a grill, a volleyball court, a basketball court, a free clubhouse which our church has used many times for meetings and social gatherings, and a small gym. The price is really only worth it if you feel like you'll utilize the amenities. Personally, I use the gym the most, and even though it's small, not very many people use it, so it's usually very open. I have lived around the country, and I would say the Crestwood is one of the better apartment complexes I have lived, albeit more expensive. I wouldn't say this is a "luxury" complex, but for the amount of amenities provided, and the amount of services provided, I would say this is a higher quality property than other places nearby. Provo and Orem can be difficult places to live, but I am overall very pleased with the Crestwood, and I am glad that I moved here. It is very close to BYU and UVU, and the bus stop is about 100 ft away. I had no reservations about extending my lease. Be aware that your monthly payments will be much higher than advertised; the base rent is $600, but when you get to signing the lease, they tack on so many fees that it is closer to $750. I do feel like $750 is a fair, even maybe a good, price, I just wish they would say that up front. It feels sneaky otherwise, and it made me wary of other potential costs/rules that could sneak up on me.

Excellent place to live with a super helpful staff who handle maintanence requests so fast, blink and it is done. I am not even kidding. It is a tad bit expensive - but comes with peace of mind. Like they say, you get what you pay for.

This is my second year living here and I really love it. It's quiet, and maintenance is quick and easy to communicate with. Management is incredibly nice and helpful. I've heard of people having issues with parking, like they're getting fined even though they live here and pay the parking fee, but I don't have a car myself. I also think many of the charges are unreasonable based on the state of the units. It's pretty nice inside but it's old. The floors don't get very clean or stay very clean, the showers are pretty quick to fall apart, and the sinks always have some towel rack falling off or shelf breaking. It's just old. I also wish the pool was open more than a couple months a year, it would make me feel a little better paying so much rent. I love the mini gym they have, it has a treadmill and dumbbells which is all I really need. I also really love the activities the apartment complex puts on occasionally.

Parking is the biggest perk of Crestwood and not having any issues parking close to your apartment. Unfortunately, the units we were shown were a lot nicer than the unit we were placed in and we’ve had a lot of issues with ours. It also kind of stinks that stuff was not repaired before we moved in and we have a fireplace, but it does not even work so I feel like we pay for a lot of things we don’t actually get to enjoy. There was also just not enough storage in the apartment for four people.

We had a rough start at the crestwood, however Jacey handle the situation wonderfully. She was on top of everything that needed to be fixed and is very attentive to residents. The residents are very friendly and Jacey knows each resident by name which just adds to the warm feeling here. Jacey always is planning events to encourage socialize amongst residents and create a fun environment.
