Alpine Village

how these rankings workupdated monthly

These badges come straight from verified reviews on Find My Place, left only by people who’ve actually lived here. Each month we score every place in the market, and the highest-rated earn a spot. Rankings shift as new reviews come in, and we never take payment to move a property up.

the gist Reviewers say Alpine Village offers strong community and good location, though opinions divide sharply on value. Some praise responsive maintenance and new management, while many criticize hidden fees and frequently broken amenities like the pool and hot tub. Several find it worth the premium for privacy and community; most feel overpriced for what they receive.AI-generated from student reviews

This management team is highly unprofessional. They charge residents fees without providing clear explanations and avoid communication whenever questions are raised. Instead of taking responsibility for their own mistakes, they often shift the blame onto tenants. I also felt that they looked down on and dismissed certain residents. I personally experienced racial discrimination, and management failed to address the issue or take appropriate action. Instead, they chose to ignore my concerns. In addition, they encourage residents to leave positive reviews and appear to offer certain benefits or preferential treatment in return. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this property to anyone seeking fair and professional management.
