This management team is highly unprofessional. They charge residents fees without providing clear explanations and avoid communication whenever questions are raised. Instead of taking responsibility for their own mistakes, they often shift the blame onto tenants. I also felt that they looked down on and dismissed certain residents. I personally experienced racial discrimination, and management failed to address the issue or take appropriate action. Instead, they chose to ignore my concerns. In addition, they encourage residents to leave positive reviews and appear to offer certain benefits or preferential treatment in return. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this property to anyone seeking fair and professional management.

You pay for what you get. The management is super responsive. If you have a broken sink, submit a request and it’ll get done within a day. Broken washer, they gave us an entirely new one. Etc etc. it comes with a hefty price tag - I was paying around 780 per month — way more than “590”. Pool is great, free drinks and snacks whenever the office is open is also great. You pay for it though! But i love it. It’s genuinely a great place to live. They just got new management and they seem fired up to make this place better so i see it improving drastically in the short term.
