Honestly for the price of rent I don’t feel like this place is worth it. It’s nothing crazy and not as near socially active as me and my friends thought it’d be. Maybe in the past, but for what you’re being charged this place is not worth it. The maintenance crew though was the best. They are amazing workers and are super quick to fix stuff, we had quite a few things break or stop working and they were quick to fix anything and always so nice. Management is eh, not terrible, although they don’t explain the pricing very well when you are signing the contract and honestly I feel like I got absolutely fleeced for how much I was being charged. Plus they make you feel like parking underground is very limited but it’s not even close to full ever. Overall for what it’s perceived to be, wouldn’t do it again unless it was less expensive. There are much better options of places that have private rooms that are much bigger, nicer apartments, with more social life outside of football games. I would say the only positive is being so close to BYU yet again there are better places or houses for rent that are just as close
- Would not live here again

I love living at Alpine Village! 🏡✨
It’s super social and there’s always something going on. They plan really fun events that make it easy to meet people and make friends. The wards here are awesome too, and there’s a really great community vibe overall.
The courtyard is beautiful and such a nice place to hang out, and the location can’t be beat. Being so close to BYU makes everything super convenient. Honestly, it’s just a great place to live 😊

Honestly, it was good. Sometimes I had to pester the management a little to get things done, but I lived here for 3+ years and we went through a lot together. A management change shakeup happened and the place really improved. They have a couple big social events a year and it's a lot of fun. They implemented a trash valet and at first I was skeptical, but honestly it just made the roommate arguments about taking the trash down 4 floors disappear and made life more manageable, so I'm cool with the upcharge, honestly. Worth the few dollars a month. It's a little pricier than I want to pay, but overall, it's got nice amenities, a good location, fast maintenance, and some great wards. The only drawback is the cost, if I'm being really honest, and even that hasn't kept me from renewing again and again.

The wards are amazing! The amenities are great! I seriously appreciate the fitness center because I can pop in whenever to get a workout in. It’s a little pricey, but the location is great, especially because I don’t have a car.

I like it overall! There is a lot available to students and the social life is great. The property managers can be a little bit frustrating to work with at times, but I haven’t had a huge issue with them. They are *usually* quick with maintenance requests

Good activities in the clubhouse; however, parking is a disaster- especially for guests. There are only four guest spots in the whole complex of over 100 tenants- I've also lost a lot of mail because of their employees' mishandling it.
- Poor management
- Overpriced

I’ve been living in Alpine Village for sometime, and honestly it’s been a really solid experience. The area is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. Management has been responsive whenever I’ve had questions, and any small issues were handled without unnecessary delays. The people are friendly but respectful of privacy. Overall, Alpine Village has been a stable and comfortable place.

Really great amenities and nice rooms. The private rooms are definitely worth it for those who want a private bed space and working space. There is a lot space to put things and it doesn't feel crammed at all! There are also many activities and places to hangout on the complex grounds so if you're really sociable, you will find many opportunities to meet people here.

Do not rent from here. There is no early lease clause, management is awful, amenities are broken, they constantly delete comments calling them out on ‘giveaways’ social media pages, so many fees that are not explicitly, visibly, boldly, and clearly communicated on the the part of your lease contracted describing terms of rent. They have bug problems and you really get a lot less than you pay for. They make you pay for parking for four times more than if you bought a permit through the Utah Parking System
