My experience with the staff was always either disappointing or infuriating. First of all, the lease states that you must give 2 months notice to vacate before terminating, despite the beginning and end dates which seems like a tactic to fool you out of 2 months of extra rent. Second

of all, each time when contacting for a service request, save once, we got no response within two weeks. And the service we receiving didn't always even address the problem. When trying to move out our contact wouldn't respond to phone calls, voice mail, text, or even email, delaying our ability to have an exit inspection and key hand-off. We cleaned our apartment quite thoroughly and yet we were charged $120 for cleaning which was taken off of our security deposit. In summary, I feel the leasing staff are not there to help you. They seem only to be interested in squeezing as many dollars out of you as they possibly can with the least amount of effort.
