Kinetic was one of the best experiences I had living in a student housing! Holly, Joshua, Marcellis, Se were super supportive and helpful throughout!

Lovely building, well maintained. Great amentities and proximity to Georgia Tech. The student leasing assistants are amazing and were very helpful when I had questions and during my move/pre-leasing process. However, due to an incident that occurred 2 months prior to my lease ending, I am greatly disappointed in the way I was treated as a 2 year resident in both this building and momentum. Especially a high-end property like this. The older management are completely unprofessional and dismissive to any of my concerns or questions. I was treated very poorly and their communication was not acceptable for a property like this. Additionally, the kitchen island stools that are provided are very cheap and broke almost every time someone sat on it. The maintenance/cleaning team would also constantly leave my lights on all day after they would walk in to inspect/clean the other vacant rooms. I am very very dissatisfied with my interactions with management and will not be renewing my lease or ever leasing from a toll brothers property again.
