I’ve lived here for nearly two months and have spent plenty of time inside and out of my townhome. The neighborhood is quiet and nearly everyone I’ve met has been kind and welcoming. Working with McKenzie during the application process all the way through to move in

and any questions since has been a breeze. Upon moving in, I had an issue with the refrigerator not operating correctly. The attempt to make repairs were unsuccessful, and a new refrigerator was ordered and installed.

Don't waste your money at Patriot Point Living at Patriot Point has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. The management staff is shockingly incompetent—emails go unanswered for days (if they’re even sent at all), and communication is basically nonexistent unless you’re late on a payment. The

townhomes themselves are cheaply built and poorly maintained. Thin walls, constant plumbing issues, and fixtures that seem like they were installed as an afterthought. For the price you’re paying, you’d expect at least decent construction—but instead, you’re met with quick-fix repairs and a long list of recurring problems. Amenities? What amenities? There’s barely anything here to justify the inflated rent, and on top of that, mysterious fees keep popping up on your bill without explanation. Trying to get someone in the office to clarify them is an exercise in futility. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Patriot Point is all marketing and no substance.

This is just a preliminary review, based on my short experience with McKenzie Petersen and Patriot Pointe. While we have not yet lived here, we have toured the property and talked at length, numerous times with McKenzie. We are in the process of leaving our current residence and, as most of you

would know, the entire moving process is VERY stressful. We searched high and low for the perfect place to suit our needs and have decided that this is the place. McKenzie never made us feel like she was annoyed with our 1000 questions and was able to address everything we asked. She was able to quickly help reduce our stress and get everything ironed out very quickly. I am definitely looking forward to becoming a resident here!

ETA: called to talk based on the comment they left and the management was hostile and rude, so still don’t waste your money. This place was a complete bait and switch. I was told rent would be around $1,500, but I ended up paying over $2,200 a month. There are no

real amenities, no yard—just a fence outside my door. The construction is extremely cheap, and you'd better hope the maintenance guy sticks around, because you'll be seeing him a lot. Both the old and new management have been completely unprofessional. The current team can’t even figure out how to send a simple email with the documents I’ve repeatedly asked for. Communication is almost nonexistent. Expect to be nickel-and-dimed for everything, and don’t be surprised if they try to charge you after move-out despite your security deposit. The only people I’d recommend living here are people I genuinely dislike.
