Floor planTyler gave us a tour of this property as perspective tenants. He was very welcoming and helpful on the tour. He answered all of our questions and accommodated our schedule kindly. The grounds are nice with lots of trees. The gym is pretty nice also. The apartments are spacious, clean and reasonably priced. Loved the flooring, master bedroom and kitchen counter space.
I wanted to give Chase and Tyler a huge shoutout for being so awesome! They’ve truly been pouring their hearts into the community, and it really shows. The community looks great, and they’re such a fun and welcoming duo to interact with. I drove up from the valley to tour several communities, and for the value, this is easily one of my top picks. Close freeway access, nicely remodeled apartments, friendly and professional staff, and a great price for the area. They seem to be very pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for me. I saw someone walk into the office with their dog, and Tyler ran over to greet them with some dog treats.
Table Rock is on Lake Mary Rd southeast of downtown Flagstaff, near the trails and lakes south of town. It's about a 6-minute drive or 30-minute walk to Northern Arizona University. A quieter option for students who want the outdoors close and campus a short trip away.
