I love the Baxter! Moving in was a breeze - the whole team is pleasant to work with and very communicative. Maintenance issues resolved promptly. Great amenities and the building is well taken care of. Very happy here.

We have been residents for several years and have had a great experience. The property has been well maintained. The staff has been friendly, caring, and responsive. Luis, the facility manager has not only addressed any issues promptly, but has done so with a smile and always eager to ensure our satisfaction. He has fostered a family feeling and coordinated closely with the rest of the team. The team here goes above and beyond. Their level of care makes us feel that our satisfaction is far more than a job to them.

Tammy made the leasing process incredibly easy!
She was the highlight of the entire experience—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely engaging throughout. Tammy was responsive and ensured everything was completed smoothly and on time. The property itself is well-maintained and dog-friendly, which was a big plus. I’m very happy I chose Baxter in my search!

If there’s one thing that impacts my decision, I must say it’s certainly the reviews. It appears Baxter has a few negative, but I can really only relate to the positive.
I came in for a tour recently, and was immediately greeted & helped. It didn’t feel like a fake help neither. Candy seemed genuine & that goes a long way for me.
We began our tour with the lounge nearest to the office, I must say, it’s so nice in there. I was pleased to hear the lounge areas are provided with wifi. That will make it super easy for me to work from them.
The fitness center isn’t the largest, but it definitely has a little bit of everything, I do want to note, that the temperature was cooler in it.
The little pet wash area is neat, surprisingly it did not smell like pet neither. It actually smells good in there.
There’s two large elevators, we then toured the rooftop area, and club house, the rooftop is breathtaking, the patio furniture is so nice and appeared brand new, the grills had there little utensils next to them which I thought was neat.
I was eager on wanting to see the trash rooms, since I had read a lot of bad things regarding the trash & they were spotless. It even smelled good in them, like freshener of some sort.
The property in general smelled good, like cleaning products.
The little community garden was whatever. The patios outside there are cool tho.
The unit I toured was an open bedroom, it’s perfect for me and my dog, Charlie. The unit had a fairly large size bathroom, & deep tub, which is a bonus, because I love to take baths. The apartment comes with appliances. Honestly, can’t beat the size of the washer and dryer. I like that the unit was all flooring as well, and only carpet in the bedroom area. The windows don’t open to much, but doesn’t matter to me because there is heating and AC!
I think sometimes we tend to forget it is apartment living and expect it to be as if we’re purchasing a house! I was honestly satisfied & can’t wait to be apart of this community. I am so glad I went in and toured for myself instead of going based off negative reviews, like I have in the past.
Hope this helps anyone seeking!

I recently gave these apartments five stars under the old management company.
If there was a way to give this complex anything under one star, it would definitely deserve it.
This place has literally gone to s..t!!!
It’s supposed to be a place of security. But the main garage doors are always broken. Trash piles up in the trash collection rooms. Large dogs have just taken over the complex. The mail room just gets piled up with the mail. And the probability of someone taking your mail is very high!
Originally there was two maintenance people on property. They got rid of both maintenance people and at this time has no one on property to attend to repairs.
My vehicle has been broken into. And mind you it’s in the lower garage. The gentleman that I spoke with today who also parks in the lower garage. Told me that his catalytic converter had been stolen out of his vehicle, while parked in the lower garage.
This morning 1/2/2022, We woke up with the lower garage door broken and no one with cars in the lower garage could leave the complex. We literally could not go to work. The gentleman that I was speaking with is an ER doctor that was on call. He literally had to call Uber to get a ride to the hospital to attend his patients. Leaving his vehicle in the lower garage, because the garage door was broken. The same garage door has been broken several times.
At some point last year, the cleaning lady contracted COVID-19. Management told absolutely no one! But yet the management and maintenance at that time, took off for a week. Again not informing the residence or even sanitizing the building.
Your money and safety would be better spent elsewhere. This is really a tragedy. Because originally this was a very beautiful complex to live. Sad!!!
