I feel like I am being too nice by giving a two star review instead of a one star, but the reason I decided on this rating was because of easy access to bus transportation and decent storage for a one bedroom apartment. Otherwise, this place was the worst place I've dealt with. Management has changed (and at the time of writing this, will change again since I know it's being put up for sale), and the current management was terrible anyways. Neighbors played loud music all day (including late at night). The roof for the parking spots look like it could fall at any point. No one cares to take care of the place (except when it works for them and your security deposit gets sucked up). As my husband likes to say: "This place should be torn down" with how old outdated most things are. DON'T MOVE HERE.

People up at 3:00 listening to music and very poor property

I am a current tenant, and I can tell you that this place is not the best: continually trash all over the place - in parking area, common areas, by the dumpster, in the laundry room, everywhere. The washing machine has been broken for over a month with smelly, putrid water stinking up the place. Tenants pay a sizable monthly maintenance fee, but the property managers do not adequately maintain the property. My apartment was dirty and smelly upon move-in. Look elsewhere.
