Ive lived here for the past couple years and the staff has been incredibly helpful. My roommate and I have struggled with money for a little while and they've been so kind and patient and understanding. They've taken so much weight off our shoulders its amazing. They respond very quickly ro issues we've had, making sure its taken care of as soon as they can. I definitely recommend them because its not the building that keeps people, its the staff. 10/10, very grateful.

Extremely helpful staff, I love that it’s gated and is pet friendly. The maintenance staff is super kind and doesn’t seem put out when you need help. I haven’t had any issues with the location. The natural lighting is a huge bonus, the windows are old however the management is supplying us with curtains to help keep out streetlights at night and help with temperature fluctuations. The internet provided by the complex is a reasonable price for how effective it is (my husband and I love video games). Super positive experience.

I am honestly blown away by how amazing the management is here. Me and my fiancé found black mold in our old apartment and had to find a new place as soon as possible. We came to tour these apartments and immediately fell in love with how clean and comfortable they were. Within an hour, Carson had everything set up for us, sent over the lease, and even gave us a move in date for the very next day. He was fast, friendly, and incredibly patient through the whole process. I really don’t know what we would have done without them.

I moved in recently and I really like it so far. The apartments are very charming. Everything was easy from application to move in thanks to Carson and Brianna! It's close to everything in Ogden and walking distance to some great restaurants. Not sure why people complain about noise bc it's been quiet and just normal downtown traffic.
