My mom and I have been living here for a year and a half and we love it. The last 3 managers we've had have all been great. Gabriel, the current manager is very attentive, and replies quickly to texts. His wife Jordyn is super nice too. It's an old apartment so it needs some improvements like double pane windows, thicker walls, new floor boards, and tiles. But it's nothing that I'd consider urgent. The loving room is very spacious and the rooms are a good size. We have lamp posts outside but I think only one of them has a light. Because it's not a big apartment building like a lot of the new ones being built, that means it's very quiet. It's located in a nice, clean, and safe area. Walking distance from Smith's, McKay Dee hospital, Ogden clinic, Weber State, the post office, an antique store, bus stops, and so much more. Can't say enough good things!

I’ve lived here for 7 years and I genuinely love this place! The owners and management do a great job of maintaining things and taking care of any problems that might come up quickly. Everyone has been very kind and I’ve never had an issue with any neighbors over the years. Plus it’s in a nice area near the mountains that’s close to whatever you’re looking for, while also being tucked back in away from the busy street. It is an older building, so yes there are some windows that rattle in the wind and the walls are kinda thin, but I don’t mind it. It’s a good vibe and I’d definitely recommend Brownstone if you’re looking for a place to call home :)

My boyfriend and I recently moved in and it’s been great so far. The last tenant broke a lot of things so when we were in the process of getting the apartment, it was all fixed and taken care of without a problem. We’ve had some plumbing issues but they were immediately fixed. The property managers are great and very attentive. They really care about what you need. I really enjoy living here.

I have lived here for several years now, the apartment I've lived in the longest, and it has been overall an enjoyable experience. Some of the things the other reviews talked about are accurate, like the old drafty windows, and some janky practices from the owners, thin walls, multiple managers, etc. It is an old building and hasn't been entirely renovated. But it's affordable, and there's a reason for that. The layout is pretty nice, the bedroom is quite large, as I heard they were intended to be college dorms so they were meant to be big enough for beds and desks. We wouldn't want to raise a family here with the size, having a washer and dryer in the unit would be fantastic, but we do have a quaint little grass patch out front (which still needs more sod), the complex is tucked away (I grew up in Ogden and never knew they existed till I moved in) therefore you don't have to worry as much about things getting stolen or random people coming by, I feel quite safe around here and beyond that it's in a great location, walking distance from Smith's, the hospital and Ogden Clinic, church buildings, restaurants, bus stops, pharmacy, the Dee events center right in your backyard, with some beautiful mountains and trails also walking distance. I have had many different managers while I've been here and they've all been great, despite following rules and regulations from the owners that might be old-fashioned or trying to save money, the current ones are not disrespectful or "hateful" in any way that I've seen as the other review said. Overall I am happy with my experience here, not perfect by any means, but a nice place to live.

Great apartments to live at! My favorite place to live so far:) Road out of the apartment has been plowed for winter, its walking distance to the Event center. Neighbors are respectful and not pounding on the walls at late hours, everyone I have met is really nice!
