Do not move into this apartment if you want to have an easy time with the property management or want a fair shake with your security deposit. They will make it difficult to get back what you are owed and will try to claim stuff to take money away from you. The place regularly stinks of weed, dog poop is often not picked up by owners, people will use the hallway as a daycare instead of parenting (so kids will regularly be running around the halls and screaming), evictions are constant due to the clientele they put in apartments next to you…I could continue going on. I lived here for over three years and I could not recommend anyone living here for a few reasons. Over the time that I lived here, I witnessed a few different owners/property management companies, and none of them were particularly good aside from the first one that convinced me it was worth moving into the complex with. That management company/property manager was only there for 3 months after I moved in. While the apartments are decently nice and requested maintenance is generally taken care of quickly, I would not live here because of the property management and types of neighbors you will regularly encounter. Most neighbors were nice people though, and the apartment itself rarely had problems at all. The property management: They are very hard to get ahold of and almost always do not have an answer for you when you first go to them. Then you have to hope they get back to you or you have to repeatedly reach out to them over and over or try to time your schedule around them. Secondly, they will charge you a security deposit (as most will), and then fight you tooth and nail for you to get any of it back. I lived in this apartment for over 3 years and took care of the place well. I rarely asked for maintenance as it was not normally needed, but immediately requested any that was needed. I took pictures from the day I moved in and kept them. When move out time came, I spent hours cleaning the place and made sure things looked nice. When I finally moved out and it was time to get my deposit back, they automatically charged me for a cleaning fee, paint fees, etc. which took away from what I should have gotten back (it took most of the deposit). After over three years living in a place, I would have anssumed anything slightly different should be considered wear and tear. They even used problems that I took pictures of on day one and were present at move in and tried to use them against me. They wouldn’t hear any arguments even though I sent them photos with time stamps. The last $90 or so I still have yet to see. I moved out October 1 and it is now January 2. I have called several times and been told they are sending me my money, and it still has never gotten to me. Now it is hard to get a hold of them even more so. I hope this can finally be resolved with management, but as of now it seems like they want to keep the money they owe me and have admitted to owing me. I would not be writing this review at all, but I fear this is the only way to make sure nobody else has to experience this. I will update this review if I receive what I am owed, but it does not change most of the negatives I have experienced. **Update 2 weeks later** Still nothing has been done.

Cindy has been an amazing help! She’s been on top of responding to every question and inquiry we had. Beautiful property in a very convenient location with a wonderful manager! (She was willing to tour us at BOTH of her properties!)
