Awful place to live, it’s infested with cockroaches and getting ahold of management is a joke, tried renewing my lease and they were charging me month to month fees without me even knowing. The hallways were always absolutely disgusting and the traps that were put out weren’t even from the apartment themselves it was from my neighbor who was in pest control and I had him come spray my unit which got rid of the roaches within my apartment for a while then they had a guy come spray and it got so much worse. I had to live with black mold in my bedroom for a month so I slept out in the living room for that whole month. It had taken them a literal month to come and clean that black mold. There was also this pee pad I’m assuming for pet training that had been on this tree for about a year straight, we made jokes about how that’s the flag for Harrison pointe apartments.

I love Harrison Pointe. The location is unbeatable, right off Harrison Blvd and just minutes from WSU and McKay-Dee Hospital, with incredible views of the Mount Vernon mountains. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and the apartments themselves feel like new. They were fully renovated down to the studs just a few years ago, so everything feels modern, clean, and well-built. Safe, clean and convenient place for both families, workforce and students.

Anytime you get a person to call they promptly block your number. So unprofessional and no point of contact. We have no hot water for like 2 weeks. No showers no laundry no washing hands. Such a wonderful place... This is the third person we have to contact and they all block our numbers so there is literally no contact. If you call the Harrison point number the mailbox is full for a reason. They don't want to hear you or your problems.
The rail is still not fixed it's been almost an entire lease.
Incompetence at it's finest

Management and maintenance are impossible to get ahold of. Repairs to units and property are not handled in a timely manner. Yesterday, May 30th, their number was discontinued due to the phone bill not being paid. I cannot recommend this complex to anyone - they charge more and more every year as the complex and apartments fall into more disrepair and they provide less service. They charge over $100 for common area maintenance every month but doors are broken, hallways are filthy. The shared laundry space has a washer and dryer which are each inoperable and filled with cigarette butts. The property is unclean and they use a towing company that will tow your car even if you’re parked in your own spot. Don’t only avoid Harrison Pointe, but also avoid all properties managed by Cornerstone Management. Haven’t even been here a year yet but I will not be resigning another lease here.
Any positive reviews you see were part of a deal where they were giving people money off rent for a month to leave a positive review. Also, if you find yourself in the position where you already live here - get a PO Box. Packages get stolen nonstop. It is an unclean, unsafe place to live with management that doesn’t care and does not do their job. If you’re a day late on rent you’ll get huge fees and a notice on your door right away. Management doesn’t pay their phone bill so they can ignore your pleas for assistance. The property manager literally gave themselves a Friday off by not paying the phone bill and pretending no calls came in.
