Fraudulent Fees, Filthy Unit, & Illegal Charges – AVOID! I’ve endured one of the worst rental experiences of my life at Junction View Apartments. From move-in day horrors to illegal charges, this place is a tenant’s nightmare. Here’s what you’re risking if you rent here: 🚨 Health Hazards & Disrepair - Mold in shower (I had to clean it myself). - Floors so filthy they stained my socks black-management’s “cleaning” was a joke. - Rotting food under appliances (proof they never deep-cleaned). - Sewage stench in laundry room (ongoing issue). - Broken fridge (loud buzzing, expired filter—they “reset” the alert instead of replacing it). 💸 Fraudulent Fees & Illegal Charges - Charging for “cleaning” a unit they never cleaned (see my move-in photos). - Demanding payment for normal wear & tear (which is illegal in Utah). - Ignoring repair requests (only “fix”: doorstops installed after weeks, hit reset filter instead of replacing fridge filters prior to move in, pouring odor-neutralizer down drain rather than addressing the sewage smell from laundry room). 📞 Management = Ghosting + Retaliation - Weeks of ignored emails/calls about urgent issues. - Now slamming me with bogus fees. 🚫 DO NOT RENT HERE. This is either criminal negligence or a scam. I’m filing complaints with the local housing authority and state attorneys general’s office. Save yourself the trouble of having to take them to small claims, look elsewhere. Update and response to the reply. I have called and left a message a few times no response go figure. Update again no attempt to contact me. Update. A rude front desk lady Kevana called me to tell me she has no power to help. Said she will refer it to her higher ups. Neti planned a call with me for 10:30 rescheduled to 1:30 and then I was ghosted. Just understand what you’re getting into moving here. Update “new management” has not contacted me. Still no contact.

Every apartment I toured felt like a condo/penthouse. Incredible views, spacious layouts, and a great walkable location. The parking, especially for guests, is great as well.

This is such a hard review to leave because I absolutely love these apartments. They are by far the most beautiful and spacious apartments with the greatest location having EOS in the building Greek garden downstairs and the Megaplex theater across the street, but the management is crazy. I took a video of my apartment when I moved in and a video when I moved out and a text message from the maintenance guy saying everything looked great. I had even painted over the big black scuff mark that was left by the previous tenants and power washed the patio area where the last tenants barbecue scarred the brick we had a professional cleaner come through and carpet cleaner come through. Several months later I receive a $1200 bill. I sent them a screenshot that I just happened to save of the manager saying it looks better than it did when I moved in and they drop all charges. We moved back in a few years later we gave them notice we were gonna be breaking our lease. They immediately re-rented the apartment and then put me into collections for the full length of our lease, which is illegal. The management company leaves a lot to be desired, despite the assistant manager being the sweetest woman ever. rent with caution.

Beautiful, spacious luxury apartments! We loved living here. Dave who does maintenance, shows apartments, etc. is very kind and helpful and a great asset to the community. The double doors that lead to the street are big and heavy. It was not an issue when I first moved in as my disability had not advanced to the point of needing more than the occasional cane use. But once I needed a walker and even an electric scooter/wheelchair, those doors became an obstacle for me. They don't have a handicapped button to automatically open the doors. One night, I actually became caught in the door- my electric scooter and I halfway in/out- and had to call my son to come help me get through. The doors were just too heavy for me when in a seated position. But over all, great place.
