I moved here in September! The first thing that I noticed were the amenities… nice pool and hot tub, gym, dog park… it was perfect! The apartments are very modern and clean down to the light fixtures! The ambience was very endearing and Kayla the leasing manager was extremely helpful and super cool and professional! The people living there were cool! The price for rent was $800 less than what I was paying where I was at before and after I was given a tour I was sold! I dropped a deposit immediately! I needed a good place that I can start fresh and this place was perfect! As of now I’m still enjoying it! Elevators are always working! My balcony has an excellent view of the wasatch mountains! I love it here 🙌🏽

When we first moved in, it was great and felt very private. As neighbors started to move in, that’s all we could hear — from screaming children on the floor beneath us, to our upstairs neighbor’s dog stomping and playing around all day. We could literally hear our next door neighbor sneeze from our bedroom. We had two water leaks: one from our kitchen sink and another from our bedroom ceiling, where they had to tear the ceiling out. The hallways always smelled like trash, and neighbors would leave it there all weekend. The amenities were broken more than half the time, and dog poop was always left in the outside walkways and unless you pay extra for covered parking, good luck finding a spot. The staff was great, especially the maintenance crew, but overall we are glad to be gone.

Far and away the best-run apartment I’ve stayed at. Really friendly and competent management, great maintenance, good location and amenities. Good parking too. Absolutely zero complaints after living here for 8 months.

If you are picking this place for the electric charging, be aware of the price and the fact they don’t enforce any parking rules. 1/2 of the time, non electric vehicles are parked in the limited charging spots. In 6 months, the cost to charge has gone from 24 cents per kilowatt hour to 60 cents.

Eseta, Shalia, and Kayla are truly amazing. While I was overseas searching for a new place to live, I contacted many apartment complexes—but ultimately chose Seasons because of the exceptional customer service. From the very beginning, they made me feel like I was in the right place. Currently, Shalia and Kayla are running the leasing office, and they consistently go above and beyond. They genuinely listen to tenants' concerns and always make you feel valued. As for the complex itself, I love the amenities. There's a pet-washing station, office space for meetings, complimentary coffee and drinks for residents, and a beautiful clubhouse that's accessible even when the leasing office is closed. I do wish the gym were a bit larger, but it's still functional. The staff are friendly, and the residents are too—it feels like a small, welcoming community. Thanks to everyone for the hard work. I'm definitely renewing my lease at Seasons!
