My wife and I came to tour today! Unfortunately, they didn’t have a unit large enough for family - no fault of theirs! We were especially impressed with Kimberly and the geo detail oriented she was. Her attention our requests, needs, and wants was undeniable! She was very kind and helpful! Under new Managment - go check them out!

I have lived here for about almost 2 years and I say this is one of the worst places you can live at. They are one of the cheapest apartments out there. I just got a email saying I owe more to Office because of rent, Because the office can’t get their head out of their butt and figure out what is going on I am being charged multiple late fees for the offices mess ups because I will go to the office every month and ask him how much rent is and they tell me I pay that amount and then they turn around and say oh you owe late fees because you didn’t pay the right amount Even after they tell you how much rent is then they will turn around and say that’s not the right amount you owe us an extra 300+ on top late Fees, if I could move, I would move in a heartbeat I will be moving after my lease is up at the end of Next year I am done with this place forever last week. I paid the office $300 for late fees and now they turn around and saying I owe more for rent and they added more late fee on top of it I seriously hate this apartment complex

This place is absolutely disgusting. The apartments are crawling with roaches no matter how clean you keep your home. We even found maggots inside. The vents are filthy, probably full of mold, and the plumbing is a joke — everything is cheap, backwards, or broken.
The management does not care at all. They send pest control as a band-aid, but the infestation is so bad it does nothing. You can tell they cut corners everywhere — painted over outlets, sloppy “repairs,” and apartments that are barely livable.
This isn’t just one unit — we know other tenants with the exact same issues. The whole property is infested, and management refuses to take real action. Honestly, these apartments should be condemned.
If you’re thinking about moving here, RUN. Don’t put yourself through this nightmare.

I have lived here for about 6 months. So far it has been a problem after another. The only person who seems to actually care about the management of the property is Camila. She will do everything in her power to resolve things, within her limited authority and resources. She is the only professional at this office and that is saying something. The manager (Norbelis) is an arrogant lady that believes she is too busy to solve anything that interferes with her so-called responsibilities, especially on busy times. She does not answer the phone or tells you to "come back later because she is too busy". Last month, during the day people are bringing their rent payments over, she posted a sign at the office door indicating she was at lunch (it must have been an 8-hour lunch) since multiple neighbors had to keep coming to the office to find it locked and the aggravating sign still there. Around 6:30 PM she finally sent the maintenance employee (Oscar) to receive the checks or money orders and put them in a drawer. The move in experience was bad, with the elevator breaking 3 times in 3 months. As of yesterday, is broken again, getting stuck on the 4th floor and not moving resulting on residents having to walk down the disgusting stairs filled with trash, rotten food and flies the size of housecats. I selected this apartment BECAUSE it had an elevator, yet it seems to be poorly maintained, and it has been out of service multiple times. I moved in February of this year and reported multiple problems with the unit, yet it took nearly 2 months to get only some of those addressed, including getting the keys to the electronic door since the manager failed to provide them until late April. Every time these issues were brought up, not only by me but by multiple neighbors, the manager dismissed us, saying she did not have employees available to help nor resources to spare in repairs. Meanwhile, the building continues to deteriorate, the problems continue being unresolved and she simply ignores us. Yesterday 3 other neighbors and I told her there was a serios trash issue in the building, as well as with all dumpsters (remain full for weeks on end) and she does nothing to resolve it. One of the neighbors had fallen twice in her apartment due to damaged floors, still unresolved. There have been not only problems with the elevator but also gas smells at the main lobby. The fire department came over a week ago, but since they shut off the alarm, we have not seen any maintenance improvements in the building. There is a pool and a gym in the complex, but it has been under maintenance since February and there is not a date to utilize it yet.
I understand that a large apartment complex maybe difficult to manage, but I have serious concerns about her ability to do it effectively. Upper management/owners need to find a solution soon or they will lose more tenants.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR LEASE.Woke up this morning to entire forth floor covered in fire extinguisher retardant. Dog feces on the floor and trash everywhere. This is a "secure" building with supposed cameras. 47 calls to the after hours number and 47 times the phone was picked up and immediately hung up. I hate this place and wish I could leave. If you don't hear this warning and all the others here you will have no one to blame but you. Just walk away.
Update
11 pm still no cleanup, now tracked into my apartment.
Now on July second the AC went out again after it was fixed. They workers were here but it was not repaired. It is 86 degrees and no one can sleep. I tried calling the after hours number and there is no answer. My rent is paid so what does management care. Nine months to go on the lease.
Can't wait for this nightmare to end.
July 12th and still no air conditioning. Excuse after excuse after excuse.
It's mid to upper 90s but the office is ice cold so what does management care.
NO ONE IN CHARGE IS COMPETENT.
