Courtside Apartments

Management is pretty good except a few recent sour experiences. -They pay tenants for 5 star reviews -The laundry room has only ever had 2 working washers while I’ve lived here (for hundreds of people…) -Frequent ding dong ditchers -You’ll get towed if you use the Loading Zone (told me I’d have to take them to small claims before they’d reimburse me)

The washing machines, the building is very nice, very quiet, the garbage is comfortable. They do not accept parking for strangers. There are services
