I absolutely love this complex. The location is perfect, the security makes me feel safe, and the amenities are excellent. The view is especially beautiful and one of my favorite things about living here. All of the staff are kind, friendly, fast, and efficient whenever I need assistance. They truly make this place feel like home. I highly recommend this community!

I moved in today and had a great experience. The office staff was very friendly and helpful, and they helped me with everything I needed. The move-in process was smooth and stress-free. The amenities are great, and my apartment was clean and well organized. I’m really happy to be living here.

Midtown 360 has been my favorite place I’ve lived since moving to Utah 5 years ago. The maintenance staff is so efficient and the leasing staff was so helpful with moving in and explaining everything. I love that there are trash chutes on every floor and I love the underground parking, especially since the spots are assigned. The amenities are so nice, the rooftop is a personal favorite. I read some of the other reviews and feel bad other people didn’t have the same experience, but I really think the leasing staff are fantastic! My apartment has been so fun, it’s a unique floor plan and I was very satisfied with how it looked when I moved in. Midtown 360 is great! Don’t let other people with negative experiences fool you.

I have lived in Midtown for 4 months. I love the security, the design and the neighborhood. We have everything within the condominium, shops, restaurants. There is a leisure area that is open all year round, such as the heated pool even in winter. The apartment is beautiful and secluded with a beautiful view, security, and the maintenance and service from the office is immediate and impeccable! I feel completely safe living here. We have 24-hour security patrols, and the buildings are properly closed with electronic security locks. The garbage areas are scented, you never smelled a bad smell in the garbage areas, the smell like perfume all time. the building's cleaning team is impeccable. The condominium and neighborhood are pet-friendly. I very loved living here.

Living at Midtown 360 has been an absolute dream for my first solo apartment! Not only is it super affordable, but the location is amazing—just five minutes from the freeway, close to everything, and surrounded by amazing views. I love sitting on my balcony and taking in the gorgeous mountain scenery—it’s seriously 😍. The amenities here are top-notch too. The pool is always clean and never overcrowded, and parking is SO GREAT thanks to the underground lot. My guests always find a spot without any hassle, which is a huge plus. The downstairs is packed with great restaurants. For my birthday, I had a fantastic dinner at Pizzeria 712 with friends , then we went back to my place for dessert! So convenient! Even if it’s snowing or raining, I don’t have to leave the building to get quality food with Tru Religion, Pizzeria 712, Gurus, and other delicious places just steps away. Plus, my neighbors are great, and thanks to the cement walls, I never hear them. The front office team was also incredibly efficient—they had me signed and moved in within 2 weeks! After 9 months, I’m still loving it here and plan on staying for the long run. Midtown 360 has it all!

Glad to be done living here. Way to expensive and too many issues.
