These are not "modern luxury" apartments. Windows in building B don't open so it is always hot and stuffy even with the ac on. The halls are disgusting. The office is understaffed, and only staffed during standard working hours so if you need to go to the office, you'll have to leave work early. But call ahead because I did that, and then nobody was there during the middle of the day on a Monday. It was much better a year ago which is why we decided to stay another year. I don't have any plans to renew here. Its a fine place if you can't find anywhere else. 5 stars for Tom, our maintenance guy. He is attentive and keeps the grounds looking nice, takes care of the pool well, and is very friendly.

The Boulevard is so easy to work with. They actually treat you like humans and want to make your life easier. They are the opposite of Redstone management- they don’t try to leave you penniless and hating your life. Boulevard is 10/10. There may be people that say “they are only open in the middle of the day so you have to get off work early to talk to them.” What? Every apartment complex is like that, what do you expect- they run 24-7? I’ve also seen people say that it’s hot and stuffy. I’ve never had issues with the AC especially during this hot and stuffy summertime. It usually helps to close the windows to keep the cool in. Recently, my wife and I were on our honeymoon and we realized there was an emergency with our apartment. We had just gotten married and were devastated to have something go wrong right at the start. I texted the office number, knowing that with it being 2 hours past closing time, I didn’t have much hope. Notwithstanding having other things in their lives then watching for texts from us, they texted back 10 minutes later and got everything worked out. I’ve had help from Hannah every time and she is the best!

Hello, I recently moved into the complex, and everything has been great. The place is quiet, the pool is clean, and the staff are friendly and receptive to any help. I recommend it.

The apartment I lived in was newly remodeled and pretty nice. Also the maintenance man is the only good part of the complex. The dog park is a hoax and is always too hot for the dogs to walk on or too dirty. The prices are raised by at least $300 each year you stay. And the management doesn’t care about your grievances. And makes the maintenance man deal with their messes. I wouldn’t live here again.

I love living here at The Boulevard. I have lived here for about a year and I am going to renew for a second year!! The Boulevard has provided me with a tight nit community that other apartments I have lived in the past have not been able to accomplish. It is so fun to see families having fun; playing at the park and pool! The management team has also been exceptional. They answer calls and emails swiftly. They are also very approachable in person as well. I want to shout out Luis specifically as he has been very proactive in helping me get the terms of my lease agreement figured out. Luis has gone the extra mile to make sure that I feel safe and protected in my contract. I also want to shout out our maintenance guy (i cannot remember his name). He is extremely proactive. It is so nice having someone on site who is ready and willing to fix anything with our apartment. This is not typical as I have lived in many different complexes. It is refreshing to see someone who truly cares about their job and the people who live here at The Boulevard. I have noticed that he keeps the community clean along with awesome maintenance services (parking lots, park, pool, etc.) Most apartments have their pool closed constantly but this is not the case for The Bouvard! They are quick to fix the pool and it was open all summer! I love going to the hot tub in colder seasons and its so nice that I can depend on it being open! While I am not a Spanish speaker, I love that The Boulevard sends out emails in both English and Spanish making it accessible for many people. If you are looking for a clean, family oriented community whose management is stellar, proactive, and approachable look no further!! I highly recommend living at The Boulevard.
