Floor planWhat a beautiful, quiet, clean place to live. I’ve been here about 3 years now. 2024/2025 were a bit of a struggle with cleanliness and residents not cleaning up after their pets. New management came in 3-4 months ago and have been AMAZING. The new manager, Daniela, has really gotten this place running smoothly. She is often busy juggling resident events and corporate priorities but her efforts and passion are truly shining through!
If there’s any review you read and take into consideration, LET IT BE THIS ONE! I wish I would’ve listened to previous reviews… Do NOT move here unless you like the following (pictures/proof also shown): 1. HIGH TURNOVER FROM MANAGEMENT: in the 15 months we lived here, we saw about 4-5 staff leave. They also just don’t care if you have questions/concerns, they hate when they have to do their job. 2. POOR COMMON AREA CLEAN UP/DAMAGE THAT YOU ARE STILL REQUIRED TO PAY FOR: broken glass, dog feces and urine EVERYWHERE, trash/mold/beer bottles you name it, this place is riddled in it. 3. LOUD NEIGHBORS AND COMPLICIT STAFF: no matter how much you complain, they do not care and in fact are annoyed when you do. 4. UNSAFE LIVING: COUNTLESS theft, drugs and alcohol, and break-ins!! and no communication from staff if you ask questions! it’s EMBARRASSING 5. BROKEN AND OUT OF SERVICE AMENITIES!! 6. YOU WILL FIGHT FOR PARKING 7. HIDDEN FEES AND RIDICULOUS COSTS: simply put, what you pay does NOT reflect the luxury they are always advertising.
