One Thousand One

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this experience has been frustrating enough that I feel obligated to share it. My wife and I moved into this building as newlyweds during the final phase of construction, largely based on the promises made by the leasing team. We specifically chose and paid for a balcony unit with a city view. Eighteen months later, that balcony still does not exist. Throughout that time, we were repeatedly given timelines and assurances that were never honored. To make matters worse, many of the amenities that were heavily marketed to us were not completed until roughly six months after we moved in. What was presented to us upfront did not align with reality, and it has felt like a consistent pattern of misleading information rather than isolated delays. The most disappointing part of this experience has been management. There has been a clear lack of accountability, and in my experience, they have not upheld their end of what was agreed upon. Instead, there seems to be a reliance on fine print and policies when it benefits them, along with unexpected fees and charges that were never clearly communicated upfront. It often feels less like customer service and more like being managed through technicalities. While the building itself is clean and visually appealing, and some staff members are genuinely helpful, those positives are outweighed by the ongoing issues and lack of follow-through from upper management. The people on-site can only do so much when decisions from the top fail to prioritize residents. Overall, what initially seemed like a great place to live has turned into a disappointing experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this building to proceed with caution, ask detailed questions, and get everything in writing before signing a lease.

Staff are very unprofessional . Favoritism is displayed the moment you sign your lease . The building is beyond beautiful its amazing but the residence are obnoxious ,prejudice and racist against other genders and ethnicity. If you want to live at peace and be treated fair One thousand One is not the location ..
