Honestly, I almost broke my lease before I even moved in because of the reviews I read online. I'm glad I didn't. I've been here just over a month and the experience has been the opposite of what those reviews led me to expect. From my leasing agent Mel, to Tim and Margarita in the office, to the maintenance team and their supervisor Monty, to the concierge staff including Joy, Erica, and John, everyone has been consistently professional, warm, and helpful. Move-in always comes with issues that need to get ironed out, and every single one of mine was addressed without drama. I see that managing a building this size is genuinely hard work, and this team does it with a smile. I wouldn't mind staying here long-term, which is saying a lot because I came in with my guard all the way up. I don’t want to discredit any one else’s experience and perhaps past issues were resolved before I moved in. My one suggestion would be adding on-site security. The reviews don't do justice to the people who actually keep this place running. 5 stars experience thus far for me!

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! My car has been broken into 3 times within the last 15 months. Last time I was told in April 2024 new cameras would be placed for our vehicles safety. Today I was told they never added cameras. We pay a premium for parking and safety for our vehicle just to keep getting it broken into. The management are useless and put their hands up in this situation and tell us resolve with the police. in 2023 we had a 55+ car break in the apartment complex in one night. in 2024 20+ cars broken into in one night and today 5+ cars broken in one night. This is unacceptable and the apartment need to take account people pay for these spots , they should at least take care of our vehicles. Wheres our cameras , wheres our security and wheres our safety?????? when its time to pay rittenhouse bills , we are charged then late charged instantly and automatically.
