I've been a tenant in this building for over three years and generally appreciated the community and management—until recently. The ongoing elevator outage has been a major inconvenience, especially for residents with mobility challenges, and it’s disappointing that management has declined to offer any form of rent adjustment or meaningful support during this time. While they’ve assured us that resources are being allocated to fix the problem, there’s been little consideration for the immediate impact this has on tenants' daily lives. As someone who has always paid rent on time and been a loyal resident, I expected more accountability and proactive solutions. The lack of accommodation or compensation in light of such a significant issue shows a disappointing disregard for tenant experience. I hope management reconsiders how they handle similar situations in the future. This review communicates your concerns clearly and holds the management accountable without being overly confrontational.
