Walked in to book an appointment and waited 30 minutes with zero acknowledgment from the guy in the leasing office. Didn’t say hello, didn’t ask if I needed help,nothing. The receptionist at the door was the only welcoming person there. If this is how they treat potential residents, I can only imagine how actual tenants are treated. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. 0/10.
I just moved in and I absolutely love it here! The pool is amazing — such a perfect spot to relax — and the view at night is incredible. It’s honestly one of my favorite things about living here. I also love that all the amenities are open 24 hours. Having access anytime makes such a difference. The enclosed garage was a huge factor for me too, and I’m so glad this place offers that extra convenience and security. The leasing office team is super sweet and welcoming. Thank you for making the process so smooth and helping me get my dream apartment downtown! I highly recommend living here to anyone looking to move downtown and enjoy the best views and amenities.
