She truly went the extra mile to make sure we found the unit we wanted, and I couldn’t have asked for a better touring experience. Katarina and the entire team have been absolutely amazing. Not only is the team extremely knowledgeable but they truly care about the community they work and also live at. This property is stunning, the views are iconic and it’s got all the warmth of a home in an apartment. So very thankful for the attention to detail, the promptness, and just the overall going the extra mile. I have worked in the service industry for over 15 years and am so impressed and thankful for the professionalism and the exceptional customer service. Taylor, Katerina, Najelah and the entire team have been exceptional and I could not ask for a better experience.
