I’ve lived at Saiya for a few months now and I honestly have zero complaints. Alexis and Samantha are the best they make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the building. They go above and beyond with planning events, maintaining the building, and making you feel like family. I have lived in several different states and many apartments over the years but this place is my absolute favorite. I’m new to Phoenix but the amenities and location at Saiya are top tier in my book so I don’t plan on leaving this building any time soon. Trust me you at least need to tour this place immediately!

I’ve had a great experience at Saiya! The rooftop views are beautiful and the amenities are super well maintained + comfortable to use. Alexis and Samantha at the front desk are always so kind and friendly, they make a huge difference! Definitely recommend touring this place if considering :)

I recently toured Saiya and had such an amazing experience! The leasing professional, Alexis was so welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. She was so easy to talk to and helped answer any of my questions. She took me on a tour around the property and showed me all the beautiful features. I especially loved the gym and how well equipped it is. Everything around this property is so modern and clean. I can tell a lot of thought has been put into this complex to make it a home for their residents. Definitely recommend checking it out and touring with Alexis!

I recently toured Saiya in downtown Phoenix and I was so impressed. One of my friends currently lives there and after seeing it for myself I completely understand why they love it. It truly is a luxury building from the moment you walk in! Beautiful design, upscale finishes, and such a welcoming atmosphere. Alexis, the leasing agent, was very professional and attentive to everything I’m looking for in an apartment. She answered all my questions and made the experience easy and enjoyable. The property manager Kacey was also amazing and so kind. You can tell the team genuinely cares about residents. The 7th floor amenities were fantastic, and the 23rd floor lounge, pool, and hot tub with 360° views were absolutely stunning. It’s also perfectly located. Walkable to great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. I also love that they host monthly resident events, which is perfect since I enjoy socializing and building community. Saiya is such a beautiful luxury community.

Saiya is a beautiful property! Alexis gave me a tour and I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible views, amenities and floor plans. I would highly recommend checking it out if you are looking to live in a luxury high rise downtown property! It’s close to so many fun restaurants and the light rail! I also met Kacey, the manager of the property, and she very kind and helpful when answering my questions about the community! 10/10 recommend!
