For your sake avoid this place at all costs. Drugs and protistutes roam right outside the street. People arguing and fighting , and that's just the begining. Sadly I lived here , they accidentally towed my family's vehicle, ruined the radiator, the front bumber , and the fan, we just had the suv fixed due to the ac compressor giving out , and when we notified management all they said was " oh sorry that shouldn't had happened, well make sure you go get your truck" in which we had to pay to get back and had to AGIAN send back to the shop to go get it fixed . The towing company said the vehicle could've went over a rock so that damage could've happened anywhere. Im sorry but the suv is pretty high from the ground but agian nobody took responsibility. Once agian for your sake avoid this location.

This place is not suitable to live in. I was a resident there for 4 yrs. unprofessional the front office doesn’t communicate anything with the residents there I was given a outstanding bill after moving out and didn’t even know about it until going up there after calling several times and they couldn’t even explain why was given this bill . bug infested and rowdy & sketchy people on the grounds of the apt place.

Do not rent here! This place is a straight up scam! They claim to do a lot of maintenance but these are really bad people who take your money, lie to you and don't do anything to maintain grounds or pick up random dog poop, or spray to kill these large sewer roaches inside apartments. Large very large, I've never seen more large roaches. Also don't dare go into that disgusting dark wash room with large holes in the cement floor some thing very dangerous can happen, and they would never know,, its probably dark in there so you CANT TAKE PICTURES. These people had the audacity to kick my family and I out with a ten day notice. I should have stayed but they're very quick to put families on the streets with small children. I was there maybe 3 months right before Covid hit in March 2020. We dont have family to stay with here in AZ therefore my family had to separate for a few weeks. Do you know what that does to small kids??? These people kicked me and my small child out saying I was something of a health hazard and I was dumb and left I should have fought it but I didn't want drama or the sheriff coming to my door. I saw them kick out several families while I was there and the sherriff they use is not a compassionate dude. The sheriff was a cold person without any compassion for small children. He looks dangerous. They keep trying to harass me, and call my work and theyre horrible. , I said Id gladly agree to get right in front of a judge, yet the attorney I consulted with/ He genuinely let me know it'd be a waste of my time and money, and it'd take years to get them removed of my credit report. I don't want to pay them a dime. They lied tremendously. when I asked a lot of questions during the application process. Therefore I rented there. Ill never do this again, Ill do my homework first. I was just in a rush and with a small child, time is very important.

Ms Carolyn is the best Manager there is if you need something fixed in your unit she will get a hold of maintenance to get things done asap she keeps the units clean inside and outside. Shes good at her job.

I lived in this apartment in March of 2019-September of 2019. There was an infestation of roaches and NO ONE did anything about it. It was 3 months for someone to come spray and the spray didn’t work. I asked to get out of my lease and Carolyn told me she couldn’t assist me with that and someone from cooperate would contact me. I have emails and letters of me reaching out trying to get out of my lease(while still paying rent). I legally withheld rent for the month of September trying to resolve the pest issue myself and have the office let me out my lease. They illegally tried to evict me putting the wrong address down on the eviction notice, they eventually had to submit the paperwork again. Fast forward I’m not living there, however they have now put the eviction on my credit report making it impossible for me to rent elsewhere. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I just had a baby and they don’t care about the conditions of the place. Now I have to battle this in court and sue them.
