The community itself is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a wide range of amenities that support an active and dignified lifestyle, including a clean dining area, library, prayer room, swimming pool, pickleball and basketball courts, and multiple community spaces for social engagement. Shannon, the community representative, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the experience. She took time to explain the value of the community, how the cost aligns with the services and amenities offered, and used real-life examples of current residents to demonstrate how the community supports connection, safety, and overall well-being. She also handled questions and objections respectfully, providing clear, fact-based answers and allowing time to reflect without pressure. The discovery process was thoughtful and personal, taking place both in a quiet lobby setting and during the tour of the available living space. Shannon showed genuine interest in understanding my family’s situation and discussed financial options and potential savings. Assisted living services were mentioned, including the presence of an on-site doctor’s office, though I would have appreciated more detailed information regarding medical support for higher-need residents.
