People don't rent here this apartments have roaches and they don't fix nothing and plus they towed cars just for no reason honestly I don't recommend this nasty apartments for nothing

When we sign up we wanted to bottom floor the lady told us it will be ready when our lease is over for where I was living it took the 1 week and we had to stay at a hotel and didn’t end up getting it we got the top floor. The apartment wasn’t in good condition to begin with some tiles are broken the refrigerator doesn’t work the air in the room doesn’t work the carpet is in bad condition and the switch in the main entrance if u turn it off the whole light goes off, the pools are dirty I’ve seen homeless take a bath in there they’d rate this aprt complex 5/5. Bad area to live in I understand it’s part of the hood but don’t understand why there so strict especially when it comes with vehicles. If u have a flat tire, dirty car, car had been sitting in one spot for a few days, some minor thing the tow company they’re working with wants to tow it. No matter if it’s registered and have the sticker they require. I see wires sticking out of the walls, place smells like pickle juice at night homeless living next door to us in the canal. This ain’t Scottsdale. And to top it off when we asked for fixing for the air the guy just made me sign a paper and said he’ll come back never came back the refrigerator was leaking water and he just added more water to it to melt the ice as if the problem was solved it’s still leaking . So advice in advance if ur going to get an apt with them make sure it’s in good condition and if it’s not ask are you gonna take this from the deposit ? Cus I have a feeling when my lease is up and I’m ready for my deposit there going to deny it cus the tile is broken the air doesn’t work the refrigerator is leaking and the carpet is crap when that’s how they handed it to me .

This is the worst place to live, I receive the apartment full of cocroach, the carpet was a madness, they don't bring me a frigerator, the stove was not working, pluss they ask me for 1000 dollars for deposit, now one year before they say dont wanna bring me back the deposit cause the apartment isn't in good conditions, thats not fair cause I leave the apartment way better than they bring me this so they are robbing the people.

This place is horrible do not move in. It’s ghetto the pools are always closed and the office people are mean and inconsiderate. Worst place I ever rented. They change management every 6 months. If I could go back and never live there I swear I would!!! Save your money and your time. If I could rate them 0 stars I would!

We Recently took over the property in September and have been faced with many challenges. We plan to exceed your expectations as a tenant of Casa Sol you are extremely valuable to us. I think it is a great property and has a lot of potential to be the best property in the area.
