Spent a year and a half at sunrise on 35th moved in April 2024 and it wasn't until July 2025 that I had working AC. In August 2024 the apartment above me started leaking water into my bathroom ceiling. Maintenance came by a month later and cut out a chunk of my ceiling and put in an incomplete patch. This repair still wasn't finished when I moved out at the end of August 2025. I never had numbers indicating my address on my apartment so getting packages was a nightmare and forget about door delivery for food. Spent a week getting the apartment cleaner than it was when I moved in(there were stains and roaches then) and still haven't received my security deposit back. I cannot reccoment these apartment enough to a demolition team so they're wiped off the face of the earth. Do not move in here

They dont honor their promotions. I was told that I would get my application + admin fee reimbursed once I moved in. I was told itd be reimbursed on the card I used to pay, then i was told their corporate office would send a check, then it was offered to me as rent credit and now there saying they wont reimburse me and its been almost a year.

INSANELY INHUMANE. Now on 9/1/25 they have an 8 week free move in special on the side that HASNT HAD HOT WATER IN OVER A YEAR. i moved from that side because of the water, air conditioning, and cockroaches. NOW on this side, there are roaches, temporary uncontrollable air conditioning. And new credit union ownership with no advance notice. They want to over charge you for filth or they want you out.

Worst place to live. Is not the AC unit, its the WHOLE PLACE. been here 4 months, don't remember the last time this apartment felt cool. Doesn't matter how many times the "fix" it, never goes below 85. That's only one of the many issues here, I'm just tired going to their office... Update-July 24, Two weeks later. AC still not working AT ALL. 99°F inside. Don't even think about living here. Update-October 03. More than 2 weeks without hot water. Water has been down all day. Yeah, we got a notice yesterday saying water would be down 8am-5pm. Its freaking 8pm now. Still nothing. This is unacceptable. Second, AC keeps breaking down at least twice a month, nothing new. Update-November 09. 2 months without hot water AT ALL and of course the unit heater doesn't work either. Wish us luck this winter! Update-December 01. 3 MONTHS without hot water, multiple maintenance requests have been sent, no response, no nothing. But hey! rent has to be on time!!! This is how parking lot have looked like for months. Update-June 02. I finally got out of that tra-sh place 2 months ago. No, they didn't fix anything. No I didn't get any compensation for espending 10 months out of 12 without the basic utilities. Don't worry about cleaning the apartment before you leave, you won't get your deposit back. They won't answer your phone calls, emails. Nothing. Please, read the reviews and run away from this place.
