A great experience all around! Staff goes above and beyond. Maintenance arrives quickly if needed. Rent Cafe was easy to use. Pet friendly. Plenty of parking. Angie and Cheryl in the rental office will go out of their way to help you with anything you need to make you feel at home. Moving into a new place can be very stressful but Courtyard at Encanto makes me feel like I made the right choice.
Cheryl and Angie are amazing people. They are honest about things and care about people. I love it here with me and my boys! And we're still here..
Courtyard at Encanto is on W Thomas Rd in central Phoenix near Encanto Park and its golf course and lagoon. Grand Canyon University is about a 9-minute drive northwest, with the Central Ave corridor close by. A central-Phoenix option near one of the city's biggest parks.
