A great experience all around! Staff goes above and beyond. Maintenance arrives quickly if needed. Rent Cafe was easy to use. Pet friendly. Plenty of parking. Angie and Cheryl in the rental office will go out of their way to help you with anything you need to make you feel at home. Moving into a new place can be very stressful but Courtyard at Encanto makes me feel like I made the right choice.

Cheryl and Angie are amazing people. They are honest about things and care about people. I love it here with me and my boys! And we're still here..

When I first moved to this complex in February of this year(2025)it was one of the most successful and peaceful moves I’ve ever made. Cheryl and Angie are such a breath of fresh air. two amazing woman who truly take pride in making sure living here as a tenant is absolutely nothing but smooth sailing. You can without a doubt tell that everyone takes pride in his and or her positions. Angie made it quick and easy when it came to signing my lease, she explained and walked me through it every step of the way and made sure she was there if I had any concerns before and even after I signed my lease. That combined with an amazing maintenance team you can’t go wrong. Three amazing pools that’s ALWAYS crystal clear, gated community, on site laundry, on site night security guard it’s safe, quite, affordable, clean inside and out, great neighbors it’s definitely a vibe. . . SCORE‼️ I’m 100 percent certain you’ll LOVE IT HERE. . Just has much has I do, I’m so glad I filled out the application and was approved I finally found my forever home i don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon best decision I’ve ever made #WelcomeHome‼️

I lived here for 3 years and I have no complaints. They are pet friendly (we had two) and it seems like EVERYONE has at least one. it's gated with only one gate which keeps things safe. never had an issue with our apartment or vehicles. it's not a huge complex and everyone is friendly. the pools are always clean and open. The ac is always cold (we ran ours at 68 and it stayed there no problem.). the washer dryers on site are reasonable and we're just put in new about a year ago. Angie and Cheryl in the office are attentive and helpful and so I'd maintenance. All in all it's been a great place to live.

Love it, how quiet it is lately, also love the office ladies are th best. Very sweet and very professional. Only down fall I give no one wants to clean up after their pets, yall gonna make it where they close down the dog park cause you can't clean up after your pet. Wonder if you do the same when they mess inside... I always clean up after my pet.
