I've only been here for a month but I love it so far. Maintenance is really quick. Property managers are excellent. You can't beat the location.

Have lived here for a handful of months and so far it has been an amazing experience. The property managers are so amazing. They make sure every issue is resolved and everyone is on the same page. The property itself is always so clean and smells nice. The gym is very well kept and the parking garage is as well. We put in a maintenance order late night, it was fixed the next morning. I couldn’t recommend enough people to move to the linear. Such an amazing experience!

The Linear team is top notch! The leasing team (Cristian/Marie) ensured we got into our unit quickly when we had just a few weeks to find a spot and move in. After a few issues appeared following our move, Richard and the maintenance team promptly arrived to address any concerns we had. Everyone has been extremely kind and welcoming. Fantastic community, high recommend!

To my Linear family, Being a tenant going on 3 years I can honestly post this review in confidence. The staffing and management spend time with improvements that I as a tenant didn't think I needed until they took initiative in implementing changes. We all are a close nit community from the neighbors and the staff. Living downtown you can imagine the safety, sound control and congestion worries one might have. - Very good experience over all - We lived here for 7 weeks and we had a great experience with no issues, we had some trouble in our apartment that were fixed right away. The place was clean (halls, common areas), they have a coffee machine where the hot chocolate was our little adiction. The location is just amazing the city had 2 events right downstairs so we were able to go out of the building and enjoy without worrying about parking. The noise can get bad some nights but is not very often and didnt bother our toddler at all so I am happy with it. You can enjoy very good views too.
