Bad area and gun violence heavy on this property! March 3rd 2026. 30 shell casings and open police investigation! Let’s talk about this? When you openly tell employees to not interact with people whom are acting shady. Now we have an issue! This is a security issue now and liability to not only the workers but residents as well.

My name is Cheryl. I have lived at Mesquite Terrace for a little over a year I have seen so much improvement in the complex. I really think the staff is doing a great job in taking care of our community.
