We went on a tour with Ashley today, she was so kind and delightful. She took the time to show us the apartment and property. We had a couple tours with different places today and it was not the property that has drawn us it is the person to this place. San Aurelio you have a super star as your employee, she is one of the kindest people I have met since being here in Phoenix. Thank you Ashley.

We’ve been living here for over a year now, and it’s been a really good experience. The staff has always been understanding and helpful, especially when we went through some financial struggles—they worked with us and kept great communication. The maintenance team goes above and beyond to fix any issues and make sure everything gets taken care of. Before the apartments went under new management, Sweetie really loved the past workers, and now she’s starting to warm up to the new team too. She always enjoys visiting them in their offices! We’re thankful to live in a place where the workers truly care about the residents and do their best to help.

I have established a great rapport with a manager named Ms. Robin, who has helped my family and me stay together through our tough times. Her professionalism and grace in handling stressful situations are spot on. She's very patient with the tenants and also very proficient in task Management. I am at peace.
