The staff is always friendly , quick maintenance response. Weekly landscaping so the property is kept nice and clean! Marlene made the rental process super easy !!!

I've lived here for 13+ years. I love the ladies in the office, the maintenence guys are always on top of things and are awesome. Rent is reasonable. A lot of the people who live here are genuinely good people. Really quite environment. What else can I say, I truly love living here. I recommend to anyone looking for a good decent, quite place, Montevida is the place.

This place is going down hill bad. Been here 4 years and honestly can't wait until my lease is up Red flags 1. First red flag is once I found an apple watch and I handed them into the office then made a post on the portal about finding them. They never uploaded it and I approached them saying why not upload the post (as it looks fishy) and they said they didn't want some random person picking them up but I stated that it has a code on it so just have them type in the code. Ironically I ran into a neighbor and it was her who lost them, we had to go down in person to get them and saying the cops could've been called as it looks like they were trying to keep them and wasn't posted to the portal until a month later 2. They do absolutely nothing about neighbors blasting music. Every other day our neighbor is blasting music, it's so bad that neighbors on the 3rd floor complained and they're on the first floor. Nothing was done as they said it's just an apartment and noise is expected 3. Parking is horrible. I seen a lot of 1* reviews due to there car being towed from not having a parking permit. Our car had a parking permit sticker but it still got towed. We have another vehicle and we were waiting to sell that before getting the other one (one which got towed) on the road. They put a sticker saying it was going to get towed but we never checked the vehicle as it wasn't insured yet to go on the road and the fact we had a permit sticker we thought we had nothing to worry about so why check it. Complete scammers they are I would seriously reconsider moving into this place as it's just getting worse and worse

I used to live here and im currently in a battle to get off the lease wherein the leasing office is going against their own rules to make it easier for these people to keep me on it. They're currently breaking the lease in order to keep me on the lease and have changed the locks for the apartment so I can't even access my own leased property. I've tried many things and nothing is working

I've been. Renting here for over 6 months now.. and I've been through all over Phoenix. And these apartments have been the best . Maintenance on point, rent hasn't gone up, cheap renters insurance compared to other places. Great place for pets and a very peaceful environment.. the best part is they CLEAN THE POOL!!!!.. and they have an amazing staff.. they really are sweet. Smart. Always there. Always giving us info when pool is closed or the gym.. etc.. the gym is great exactly what you need.. my pets love it here..also clean.. no roaches or insects . I'm happy whee I live.. will renew every year if I can..
