This property is “supposed to be Smoke & Drug Free. The Property staff doesn’t enforce the rules. If you smoke, don’t worry, you won’t get in trouble because they don’t seem to care. They send out reminder notices, but the smoking tenants also don’t seem to care. When second hand smoke gets into the non smokers apartment, one has to prove it. Even with video evidence, they still don’t believe you. Property says call the police. Police says it is NOT there job to enforce the land lord tenant rights act. The Right to live in peace and the right to breathe. If you document everything and complain because it’s their job, they call the property attorney and claim harassment when it’s their job. According to SantaFe Springs Property, it’s not their job to get involved with neighbor disputes. Disputes happen because Property doesn’t enforce the rules. It’s also okay that underage children can run around throwing rocks as a game breaking windows and loose dogs and no one picking up the poop. Homeless people sleeping in hidden areas and prostitution. This Property used to be Managed by Dunlap & Magee, but it’s owned by the City of Phoenix under CamProperty Management. Don’t complain about living here because they will draw up illegal paperwork out of retaliation for complaining and trying to scare you with ten day notices. They also turn off the water without notice. Emergency shut offs ALL THE TIME. I like living here other than the low income way of thinking the residents have. No common sense and no respect for other people’s property. Park your car at your own risk. Night time Security is rarely on the property and they only arrive when someone calls. They sit in the car and don’t walk through the grounds.

Unprofessional office staff. Matanience issues that never get done. Kitchen floor coming up and I tripped over it and now I have a torn rotator cuff. Plumbing issues and black mold. Constant harrassment from the druggies. I have to fill out the paperwork Community legal services sent and take them to court.
