I did a military move with my husband here and we just got comfortable in our new place. I absolutely LOVE it here! Maintenance was fast and very kind, and not to mention Sherrey (leasing agent) is amazing!!! Before my big move here from the east to the west coast, I was so stressed looking for places, but she was so helpful and supportive. She helped me navigate what units would be perfect for my situation and stayed in touch with me, even calling me first to check in on my progress to ensure the process went smoothly with no issues. I absolutely loved how above and beyond she went to get us situated! This place dosent have any major issues. We ran into minor easy fixes but other than that it’s lovely here! Quiet neighbors, beautiful scenery, close shopping centers, spacious apartment. No complaints so far we are very grateful, and the neighbors are also very sweet. 😊

The shelvs provided here are kind of cheap, so it can lead to some minor complaints, but the main issue is maintenance. The roof to my shower has been leaking literal toilet water which can contain any kind of disgusting human waste that I do not want to imagine. I had to wait somewhere around 2 entire weeks for someone to suddenly show up without notice on a random day, which I just so happen to be busy. We agreed that he could come tomorrow which obviously never happened, and now I'm listening to drops of toilet water dropping into my shower all the time. Another problem I have is the AC is as loud as a jet engine, which is obviously a pretty frustrating inconvenience. If it wasn't for its location, I don't think I can recommend this place in all honesty. From what I learned though, most of the apartments near ASU West campus are even worse so I guess that's a reason to choose this place.
