Staff won't open the door until 10 a.m. even when people get there that have a appointment to see if they want to live there. The person we seen didn't even act as if she was interested in us moving into the place. She was very stand offage.

I want to think all the ladies that’s in the office that helped myself and my mom. We came all the way from Indiana and Michigan and the ladies were very helpful. Very thoughtful and very welcoming. If you guys need a place to stay it is very at home here and I just love it. I love everything that environment the atmosphere thank you Tides on 27th. I spoke with Brianna on the phone and she was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the process feel easy and comfortable. I’m calling from Texas and already looking forward to touring with Brianna around April. Great experience so far!

I moved here 6/282025 and living here has been nightmare. they billings is shady. it changes every month and even every two weeks. they charge for common areas light, gas, amenities and property improvement. I find out the Tides, realpage and other third party are being sue by Arizona attorney General. Also, they technology scam, water, and trash chargers' changes. some others unexpected chargers. In October, I was charged 93$ and yesterday was bill 108$ after they billed me for common areas light, gas and others. DON'T MOVE HERE! Do your research on reddit and another avenue.

A few weeks ago I went to tides on 27th and I was working with amber and she was extremely nice and was able to answer all my questions. Unfortunately the other day I came in for a tour and when I got there the office was closed. I came from out of town to see this apartment and was looking forward to great experience which I thought I had because the leasing agent that I was working with made me feel very comfortable and I was very disappointed to find out she was not there. I had a scheduled appointment unfortunately nobody was there, So I waited about 15 minutes then someone arrived and apparently her name was Tyneal, she seemed like she was in a hurry . She told me to hold on as she walked in and close the door on me, she made me wait outside for another 10 minutes. When she finally came back and open the door she took my information and we went on the tour. While on the tour she was very short and in a hurry.on the tour There were broken beer bottles, and a loose dog, and very loud Spanish music playing . I didn't feel comfortable nor did I feel welcomed.
