This place is hypothetically the definition of landlord special. We lived here this passed year and we got out as soon as we could! it’s not the worst place to live but the amount they charge in rent and all the dumb utilities is wild for what you get, the only reason I gave 1 stars is the maintenance team, if the older gentleman ran this place it would be 5 stars all around but there’s only 3 of them for who knows how many units, spiders and bugs are everywhere in the stairwells, we found so many spiders in our apartment. The hot tub for 1 was partially broken the WHOLE time we lived there, the jets never worked they have a little sign to work it but we and everyone we talked to never got it to work and it was fully broken multiple times for weeks at a time and no I don’t blame the maintenance team this place is VERY cheap they overwater like CRAZY, parts of grass will be mini swamps! During the summer our utility fees etc. (shared water for watering grass and pool) would be at least $150 on top of our rent then you have your own utilities to pay for we were paying $500 over what the base rent was (utilities are expected duh but this seemed like way to much), we left our apartment spotless it looked better when we moved out then when we first moved in and we still got charged over $700 in cleaning and painting and 2 utilities bills for the same month period??? (it’s expected) but still dumb, They advertised in our news letters that if you pay rent on time you can be chosen for discounted rent, well like 9 months in we where picked but guess what this newsletter said we won a “PRIZE”…… a WHOLE $10 gift card to maverick!! Now we are very grateful for anything but to advertise all those months to switch it to a gift card is crazy work I would’ve been way happier with $10 off rent!! lol now yes I sound and am very petty but just save your money and look elsewhere, The neighbors are great and very nice but it comes down to them just being so cheap! We almost signed a lease to a super nice place down the road but this one seemed to be cheaper but we would’ve been paying the same or less for a WAY nicer place.

Olga, Johann, and Jeremy are great and helpful leasing agents here at Pleasant Springs. And, the maintenance staff Jose, Alec, and others are always responsive, prompt and efficient, as well. The grounds here are great with all the different walkways, green areas and playgrounds. The swimming pool and terrace area are great and they come complete with a hot tub which is open year round. Food trucks stop by in the warm weather months about once monthly. And, the management offers vouchers each of those months to selected residents.
