We have been happily living at 11 Marche for 3 years with no intention of moving: - Modern building with appealing common areas, multiple floor plans, and competitive rent. - Friendly and responsive on-site management (Heather) and maintenance (Aiden) staff. - Great downtown location with easy access to public transportation, PSU farmers market, and Safeway 2 blocks away.

I recently had a pretty big issue in my apartment which required a significant amount of attention and lots of work from maintenance. I’d love to give a special shout out to Jake Moore from the maintenance crew for making a bad situation much much better! Apart from the fix in my apartment, I appreciated the quick response and clear communication from Jake, as well as their overall demeanor while working in my apartment. Their attention to detail ensured a thorough resolution to the issue, which of course makes all the difference and only adds positively to the living experience here at 11 Marche. Thank you so much!

I've been living here for about six months now, and I absolutely love it. It's just on the edge of downtown, so it avoids a lot of the sketchiness while still being close to the heart of the city. It's a newer build, but it's very solid- I found out I had upstairs neighbors after having them there for over a month if that tells you anything. They allow dogs of all sizes, and while I don't personally have one, it's great to see that, and to see that there is a dog wash station in the garage. The staff are friendly and receptive, and most importantly, *present*. There is someone in the office regularly throughout the week. And the maintenance worker, Charles, is an absolute rock star. He very clearly goes above and beyond. He's a sweetheart, and is excellent at what he does; I work security in multiple residential buildings in Portland, and I have yet to meet another maintenance person like him. One small warning for potential renters: There is some kind of scent pumped into the lobby/entry on the first floor. It's like a vanilla/cinnamon thing. I think it smells nice, but if you are sensitive or allergic to that sort of thing, be aware.

I looooove this apartment! I have lived in many apartments over my lifetime and I have to say this is my absolute fav. It’s located super close to the PSU farmers market which I adore and super walkable to restaurants/bars etc. The apartments themselves are beautiful. Elegant and clean. Visitors always comment on how good the lobby smells. Management in the office are always kind and responsive. I mentioned the grill in the rooftop not working great and immediately a maintenance request was put together to get a new one ordered. Special highlight to Charles the maintenance gentleman! He is a rockstar and always friendly, professional, and efficient. Anytime I have an issue in the apartment he is quick to resolve the issue. Overall I’m just so grateful I found this gem and have nothing but good things to say. 10/10 stars

Not a resident! But, I had a great tour from Gregory! One of the maintenance personnel was on-site working on the grounds when I arrived and they are also extremely courteous. The building itself is very modern, I believe the units have been recently been updated/remodeled. Prices were very competitive, at least at the time I was looking.
