The apartment itself was clean upon move in and very functional with lots of natural light. If you are new (or not) to the area, this is a great home base to explore from. Therese and Angelene (office staff) were always friendly and able to help with any questions. David and team readily addressed whatever maintenance issue may have popped up. Thank you!
Great building, and great community, I dont live there but toured 2 times and everyone was very nice, the ameneties are great! The location is amazing, the best neighborhood of Portland in my opinion. Angeline was super nice, friendly and very helpful.
Burnside 26 sits on East Burnside near the 28th Avenue restaurant row, one of Portland's favorite east-side food districts. Portland State University is about a 9-minute drive across the river.
