This was a great touring experience! I toured the building with Emma and she was incredibly responsive, friendly, and welcoming from the start. She genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for and seemed truly interested in helping me find something that would work well for me.
The building itself was very clean and well maintained, and the amenities were amazing. I especially loved how spacious the kitchen was with full sized appliances, it felt like a real home rather than a typical apartment kitchen. Overall, the community and the tour experience felt thoughtful and well run.

Came for a tour that was scheduled online and confirmed via email. The property manager Emma was not around and her office was locked. We tried to call, and waited to see if she would show up but never did. Happy to change this review if a reschedule happens.

I moved in almost a year ago and over the course of that time, the whole atmosphere has improved greatly. Our new Manager, Emma, has brought a needed change, and has made this a much better place to live with her presence and attentiveness to the needs of the residents. Well done, Emma! Kudos to JD as well. He is the maintenance guy who puts in a lot of time in keeping this place running and clean.

I’ve lived in this apartment building for a while now, and I can honestly say it has never been better than it is today. Ever since Emma took over as property manager, the entire community has improved dramatically. She is attentive, professional, and always goes the extra mile to make sure residents feel heard and taken care of.
Huge shoutout as well to JD, our maintenance manager. He is fast, reliable, and always shows up with a great attitude. Requests are handled quickly and done right the first time, which makes a world of difference in day-to-day comfort.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and welcoming place to live!

I came here for a tour after loving the photos online, and Emma—the property manager—was incredibly helpful and genuine over the phone. I’ll be honest—I was nervous because of some of the past reviews, and I even mentioned that to Emma while asking about availability for March. She reassured me that new management had taken over and the property was moving in a whole new direction. I was skeptical at first, but after my tour, I knew she was being completely honest.
I was expecting the building to look like what was described in the older reviews, but it was the complete opposite. The building was clean, the unit was beautiful, and it was actually bigger in person than the virtual tour. I take reviews very seriously when deciding where to live, and I know how much they can influence someone’s decision. So for what it’s worth: don’t let the old reviews fool you.
I’ll be moving in March, and I’m genuinely excited! Emma, the new property manager, is doing an amazing job, and it shows. Having a caring and authentic property manager makes all the difference in apartment living, and Emma is exactly that. Highly recommend giving East of Eleven another look!
