Alicia was very friendly and welcoming when giving me (and my GF) the tour. I felt safe, immediately. I was incredibly impressed with the facility and amenities. I was also very pleasantly surprised with having 24/7 concierge. Jake couldn’t have been sweeter! They both made such an impression; warm, welcoming, and genuine. Indigo is in downtown Portland's West End, a short walk from Portland State University and surrounded by the city's restaurants, coffee shops, and transit lines. At roughly 20 minutes on foot to campus, it puts students in the middle of everything PSU.
