Literally the best place I’ve ever lived. Location is amazing, the people who live here are even better, and the units are very nice. I would’ve been a resident longer if I could have financially. I had a really great 3 years with The Carson!

We had a wonderful experience with Luke at The Carson while helping our out-of-state children look for apartments. Luke was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient as he walked us through several apartment options. We returned to tour multiple times, and each time Luke greeted us with a friendly smile and helpful updates on available properties. It's clear that he cares about the people he works with and takes pride in representing Prometheus properties well. We appreciated his follow up communication and the trust he inspired throughout the process. We are very excited for our daughter to become a member of the Prometheus community this week. I recently moved into The Carson, and I can’t say enough about the fantastic experience I had throughout the entire process! From my very first tour, the staff were absolutely amazing—welcoming, knowledgeable, and super helpful. They made me feel right at home even before I officially moved in. What impressed me the most was their flexibility. Halfway through the leasing process, I found that I wanted to switch to a different apartment. Instead of making it difficult, the team jumped right in and accommodated my request with a positive attitude.The communication was excellent every step of the way, making me feel informed and valued as a resident. It’s clear they genuinely care about their tenants, and that makes all the difference. Overall, I highly recommend The Carson to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Really impressive building! The lobby and sky deck are superb. See attached photos. Tons of amenities available for all the neighbors to use and enjoy. We love sitting by the fireplace in the lobby. Most of all, a responsive and eager to help staff. I am particularly impressed with the Carson maintenance staff and Betty from the leasing office. We let Betty know of a particular recurring issue and received swift replies and a resolution. We noticed improvement right away. The building has its fair share of issues typical of living in apartments of which we are no strangers to having been in several in the past years… elevator being down, maintenance issues in the apartment, noises and smells. The staff here have been continuously accommodating and easy to work with when these problems arise which makes living here comfortable and our preferred choice.
