Found this place by accident when scouting for a nice neighborhood to move into. From the very beginning the staff has been nothing but nice, warm and responsive. Would like to mention Luke for being such a great sport and replying to every single email with questions that I had prior to singing my lease and going above and beyond, and Alana whom I just met upon move-in, they have been great stewards for The Frankie. The building is great, with some pretty neat amenities, appliances are pretty nice (especially Washer & Dryer) they are smart devices, so if I ever forget to start laundry, now I can use me phone, pretty nice touch I might add. The apartment feels nice, and if you find the perfect one, it can be filled with light from the nice sized windows. Being a fairly new development, it definitely had a few quirks that were promptly addressed by the staff. So far, my experience has been easy and I am just enjoying my new apartment. Will update this if needed, but definitely a great start for The Frankie.

Toured with Emily who was super nice, and gave a great overview of the building. I love the location- SE seems like the place to be with tons of stuff to do around there. The Frankie is definitely on my apartment list!

The Frankie has been nothing short of fantastic. Moving from out of state could have been stressful, but Alana and the staff were incredibly accommodating and informational, making it an exciting experience instead. The building is kept clean and the design is modern and thoughtful. It’s spacious and quiet. The location is great, offering easy access across the river and tons of great food options within walking distance. Another major positive is that it feels safe. As someone who’s not lived in an apartment building before, I’ve been beyond happy with the experience. Overall, The Frankie is great and I’d highly recommend it to anyone, situated in a lovely neighborhood and filled with what I’ve found to be great people.
