Going on second year lease and I am optimistic about the management here. New manager Kira has been very supportive, honest and understanding of all tenants here. She knows what she is doing and it shows. Glad she and Brett ( maintenance) are here. Keep up the good work!
I've lived at the Marilyn for six years. Management is excellent. They make a great effort to accommodate the needs of the residents and to maintain cleanliness and safety. I have a community of friends of all ages who live here. I also enjoy close access to the Tri-Met busline, Grand Central Bakery and Talarico's produce market. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. The technician is knowledgeable and friendly.
