I’ve been here for a while now and really enjoy the building and overall atmosphere. The gym is clean and the staff are approachable. Love the new fob system as well.

Moved in a couple of months ago and so far, I haven’t had any issues. I like that my studio has a little walled-off area that I can use as a bedroom; there’s no door on it but it’s still nice to have the space separated. I didn’t see anything like it in any of the others buildings I considered applying to live in. Sierra (leasing office) and Shaun (maintenance) are personable and really on top of things. Any time I’ve had a question, Sierra had an answer. The one time I had a maintenance issue, Shaun fixed it the day I reported it. They changed fob system since I first moved in and the new system takes a little getting used to but it’s really nice to have it connected to a phone app so you don’t always have to remember to take your physical fob. Much better than having to wait a while for the system to recognize your fob on some doors like the old system. This review is subject to change should something come up but so far, no notes.
