Honestly it’s a business. It’s another player in the Provo captive audience game where if you leave they can find a replacement easily and they don’t care to have you stay. I would not recommend this place to a friend.

Management lost the mail key so we never had one when we moved in. After 3 weeks of talking to children(management and employees), they refused to provide the key. I was told I had to pay for the locksmith myself. Management also told me if I didn’t leave the key I PAID FOR when I left they would charge me to replace it. Very unprofessional and feel like I’ve been scammed to pay for a key they didn’t want to pay for. Update: After I had scheduled a locksmith to make us a new mail key the owner stopped by and made us new keys. I’m grateful they were able to provide us with the mail key after the discussions I had had with them. We had no costs to us at the end of the day as they had taken care of the issue. However I have received two emails afterwords that were very unprofessional. While I am grad they made right the issues at hand I am still very disappointed at how they have treated me personally.
