Alta is an amazing place to live. Management is fast to respond and address your needs. There is always parking when you need it. It is a nice, cozy to place to live.

Alta Apartments is great! It’s close to BYU, across the street from the BYU stadium. Management is responsive and helpful. No complaints! Also as a bonus has a pool, basketball court, pickleball court, sand volleyball court, and plenty of parking. Great place to live

Great place to live! I love how there is always plenty of parking and plenty of washing machines available to do my laundry. It's also super close to BYU's campus which is awesome!

Alta is the best place to live! I've lived here for 3.5 years and have loved it! There are such fun amenities, like the pool, volleyball court, and pickleball court! It's a good location for BYU or UVU students. The parking lot is very big so parking is super easy to find.

Alta is a great place to live without breaking the bank. Everyone here is really friendly and welcoming. The parking situation is great. I've never had trouble finding a spot, and the spots aren't super tight like a lot of other complexes. The quarter laundry is really inconvenient, but at least there's enough washers and dryers. I'm glad I moved here.

The apartment was kinda crusty, parking was iffy on game days because they sell parking spots to people to park during the game. The ward was great and down-to-earth but I had a hard time connecting with my roommates and the ward (I was there when Covid hit so maybe that’s why).
