  I had a pretty good time here Freshman year the apartment was nice for provo and the washer and dryer worked well. I usually could get a spot in the parking lot and if not I could often find a spot some what close on the road. Although your not around a lot of people the guys here were pretty cool and I liked the ward. Aspen Ridge management honestly sucks. Poor communication and hidden fees sum up my relationship with them but it could have been worse I guess.

  Excellent affordable BYU contracted housing. South of campus, close to everything you need. It may not have all the bells and whistles of other complexes but for the price, it’s a good value. Great guys and great neighbors in the complex.
