Overall, I'd say that Bountiful Court is well worth the price that is paid. The people and ward are very social, and I've been able to meet lots of great people. Good value, and central location are very good options for this housing option.

***PLEASE READ***Easily the worst place I have ever lived. When we first moved in the previous tenants had just barely moved out and left a ton of trash for us to have to clean up. It was very disappointing. They are not very responsive at all to maintenance requests. One time we had our bathroom light that was filled with water. We called maintenance and it took them multiple weeks to come and fix it.
While I was living there a new management company took over (Redstone) and that was an absolute nightmare. I'm warning you now, they will nickel and dime you to death. They up'd the price of EVERYTHING. Dont be fooled, by what looks like cheap rent. They have zero regard for lease agreements, they find all sorts of loopholes to get you on the price.
The absolute worst thing that happened happened right before I was moving out. They sent out an email saying we that they were going to paint our apartment and on the given day we had to put everything in our apartment in the middle of the rooms and that we couldnt be home that day. I worked from home over the summer so I politely asked them if they could wait to do our apartment until after we moved out. After going back and forth for a while they had absolutely no empathy for me and even when I reached out to their boss they were not willing to work with me. The absolute worst part is that when we got home, there was paint on EVERYTHING. One of my roommates had a computer that was completely ruined. Much of my stuff had paint that I could not get off. Again they were completely unremorseful when I reached out to them. We also had to deal with the paint smell for days after this.
I am sorry for writing so much, but my hope is that when you read this, you wont be fooled thinking this is just a cheap apartment close to campus. They do not care about their residents and I don't suspect that it will change anytime soon.
- Bad maintenance
- Would not live here again

It's an OK place. It's about as cheap as you'll find (as of now, 8/2/24, Belmont is the only place cheaper that I know of). It's by no means a disaster, but it's nothing special.

Overall this apartment is great! The people are amazing and the management is good. The complex is old but still really nice for the price and where it is in Provo.
- Get ready to party
- Safe
- Great location

It's an overall decent but not really great complex. Ward is mostly guys, so it's disproportionate, which comes with obvious side effects. Definitely not worth the $365/month we pay (including utilities and some random benefit package that doesn't seem to benefit anybody). There's been a few thefts of bikes/scooters this year. Laundry costs got bumped up to $2 for washing and $2 for drying, which is honestly just greedy. Management was better 2 years ago before it changed (again). Management knows how to screw over college students, like most all housing in Provo nowadays. Not a great place, but not awful either. It'll do temporarily if you're out of better options.

Ultimately, bountiful court isn’t that bad and it’s in a decent location. It is one of the cheapest in town, but maybe still a little overpriced for what you’re getting. The apartments are old and falling apart in some locations, but the management really does try their best and are responsive/also engaged with the tenants. There’s plenty of parking. My only real issue with BC is that the water drastically changes temp in the showers during peak hours and the pressure isn’t always consistent.

Bountiful Court isn’t beautiful by any means, but it is a place to live with okay appliances. The people are great here and are all super nice. I will say the vibe isn’t for everyone but if you are all in you will enjoy the culture. Floor plan is a little funky and it’s just a little old.

The apartment is close to BYU and Smith. The management are nice, and I think they provide pretty good room at a good price.

Low cost, but you get what you pay for. The on-site maintenance guy is great, but the complex needs more renovations than one man can do.
